Deus est nobis refugium et virtus,
adiutorium in tribulationibus inventus est nimis.
Propterea non timebimus, dum turbabitur terra,
et transferentur montes in cor maris.
Fremant et intumescant aquae eius,
conturbentur montes in elatione eius.
Fluminis rivi laetificant civitatem Dei,
sancta tabernacula Altissimi.
Deus in medio eius, non commovebitur;
adiuvabit eam Deus mane diluculo.
Fremuerunt gentes, commota sunt regna;
dedit vocem suam, liquefacta est terra.
Dominus virtutum nobiscum,
refugium nobis Deus Iacob.
Venite et videte opera Domini,
quae posuit prodigia super terram.
Auferet bella usque ad finem terrae,
arcum conteret et confringet arma
et scuta comburet igne.
Vacate et videte quoniam ego sum Deus:
exaltabor in gentibus et exaltabor in terra.
Dominus virtutum nobiscum,
refugium nobis Deus Iacob.

God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble.
Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed,
and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled,
though the mountains shake with the swellingthereof. Selah.
There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God,
the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved:
God shall help her, and that right early.
The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved:
he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
The LORD of hosts is with us;
the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
Come, behold the works of the LORD,
what desolations he hath made in the earth.
He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth;
he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder;
he burneth the chariot in the fire.
Be still, and know that I am God:
I will be exalted among the heathen,
I will be exalted in the earth.
The LORD of hosts is with us;
the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

Бог нам прибіжище і сила;
у нещастях з'явився з дужою допомогою.
Тим не злякаємось, хоч би й земля провалилась
і гори захиталися серед моря.
Нехай ревуть, бушують його води,
хай дрижать гори від його обурення.
[ Господь сил з нами,
Бог Якова - наша твердиня ].
Ріка, - її відноги звеселяють місто Боже,
святі Всевишнього чертоги.
Бог серед нього, воно не похитнеться;
Бог йому допоможе перед світанком.
Захвилювалися народи, царства захитались;
Господь загримів громом, земля задрижала.
Господь сил з нами,
Бог Якова - наша твердиня.
Ходіте, гляньте на діла Господні,
які страхітливі речі він учинив на землі.
Він, що припиняє війни по край землі,
що ломить лука й торощить списи,
і щити вогнем палить.
Вгамуйтесь і пізнайте, що я - Бог,
що я вознісся на землі між народами.
Господь сил з нами,
Бог Якова - наша твердиня.

Bóg jest dla nas ucieczką i mocą:
łatwo znaleźć u Niego pomoc w trudnościach.
Przeto się nie boimy, choćby waliła się ziemia
i góry zapadały w otchłań morza.
Niech wody jego burzą się i kipią,
niech góry się chwieją pod jego naporem:
[ Pan Zastępów jest z nami,
Bóg Jakuba jest dla nas obroną ].
Odnogi rzeki rozweselają miasto Boże -
uświęcony przybytek Najwyższego.
Bóg jest w jego wnętrzu, więc się nie zachwieje;
Bóg mu pomoże o brzasku poranka.
Zaszemrały narody, wzburzyły się królestwa.
Głos Jego zagrzmiał - rozpłynęła się ziemia:
Pan Zastępów jest z nami,
Bóg Jakuba jest dla nas obroną.
Przyjdźcie, zobaczcie dzieła Pana,
dzieła zdumiewające, których dokonuje na ziemi.
On uśmierza wojny aż po krańce ziemi,
On kruszy łuki, łamie włócznie,
tarcze pali w ogniu.
„Zatrzymajcie się, i we Mnie uznajcie Boga
wzniosłego wśród narodów, wzniosłego na ziemi!”
Pan Zastępów jest z nami,
Bóg Jakuba jest dla nas obroną.
